Can I count foot traffic with the security cameras I already have?
Often, yes. Existing cameras usually work if they're positioned with a clear view of entrances and have enough resolution. We'll review your setup and let you know which cameras qualify.
Can foot traffic be linked to POS sales and conversion rate?
Yes. On request, we connect your point-of-sale data to Clear Counts through an API, so you can see visitors next to sales and conversion.
Which camera brands work?
Almost any brand of IP camera, including Dahua, works as long as it's mounted in the right spot and meets our image-quality requirements.
Does Clear Counts use facial recognition?
No facial recognition, and anonymous counts only. Each visitor gets an anonymous temporary ID that is recycled when they leave.
